A beautiful medicinal shrub with aromatic, palmate leaves and tall spikes of lavender-purple flowers that attract bees and butterflies. Long valued in traditional Western herbalism, Vitex berries have been used to support hormonal balance (especially for menstrual cycle regulation, PMS symptoms, cyclical breast discomfort, and fertility support).
Traditionally associated with pituitary support and gentle endocrine modulation.
