A fragrant, moisture-loving perennial with creamy white flower clusters and a sweet, almond-like scent. Meadowsweet has a long history in European herbal medicine and is traditionally used as a gentle anti-inflammatory and digestive herb. The flowering tops and leaves have been associated with easing joint and muscle discomfort, soothing headaches, and supporting fever management.

Also valued for digestive support helping to calm acid irritation, mild nausea, and indigestion.
