Hyssop is traditionally used to support the respiratory system during infections (bronchitis, dry persistent coughs) acting as a gentle stimulating expectorant. With strong volatile oils Hyssop can also be used to soothe indigestion, gas and colic. A beautiful addition to any herb garden and an overall calming tonic herb.
