Latin Name: Artemisia suksdorfii
A resilient perennial Artemisia native to coastal regions, with aromatic, silvery-green foliage and a long history of traditional use. In Indigenous and Western herbal traditions, coastal mugwort has been valued as a bitter, aromatic nervine and digestive herb. Traditionally used to support digestion, stimulate appetite, ease gas and cramping, and calm the nervous system. Also associated with dreamwork, menstrual support, and ceremonial or protective uses. Leaves have been used externally in washes or compresses for sore muscles and minor skin irritation.

Planting: Spring or fall. Surface sow or press lightly into soil (needs light to germinate)
