Welcome to the Wild Folk Botanical Academy for Kids!
Dane and I are very excited to be offering several 6 week learning series
inspired by our passions for biodynamic agriculture, the botanical sciences, animal husbandry, herbal medicine, & wee bit of magic.
These deep dive, nature immersion programs are especially of interest for children who are already inspired by the green world which surrounds them.
Our program takes place outside, year round and are a true celebration and immersion into living with the natural cycles and rhythm of the seasons.

Monday Little Sprouts (Ages 4.5-7)
Botanical Art & Barnyard Buddies
Mondays 10-2pm Exact Class Dates: April 13th, 20th, 27th May 4th, 11th, 18th
This 6 week learning series offers an earth based connection through botanical inspired art projects and hands on animal care!
These classes are a blend of art, nature celebrations, and animal stewardship that are rooted in wonder and reverence for the world around us. Each class will carry a steady and familiar rhythm so kiddo's know what to expect and can feel a sense of empowerment through creative exploration and purpose.

Friday Budding Botanists (Ages 8-11)
Herbal First Aid Kits & Hands On Husbandry
Fridays 10-2pm Exact Class Dates: April 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th & May 1st, 8th
In this nature-based 6 week learning series, children learn to observe, care for, and work with the living world around them. We will be creating herbal first aid kits using plants we have harvested and processed together; kiddo's will gain confidence in safe plant identification practices and feel empowered to make herbal preparations at home!
Each class, we will also practice hands on skills and heart centered care for the many farm animals in an engaging and empowering way.
