Ingredients: Fresh Goldenrod (Solidego canadensis), alcohol
 
How to use: take 5-10mls twice daily in water to reduce inflammation, muscle spasms & seasonal allergies. Goldenrod may also be used as a diuretic for UTI's & kidney stones. In herbal lore, Goldenrod is a sign of prosperity and its stalk was used as a divination tool.

Contraindications: allergies to the Asteraceae (daisy) family.
