Catnip (Nepeta cataria)

A potent, fragrant member of the mint family, Catnip is often used for indigestion (GI upsets),  and colic in babies. An easy to grow addition to any herb  garden, Catnip is a wonderful plant to use to calm the nerves and promote sleep. A very helpful plant for anxiety.​
